Accessible Parking is located near the main entrance to the Amphitheatre. An issued parking pass is not required as long as you have a state issued handicap license tag or an ADA hang tag placard visible to the police and parking attendants. View Map

We are a handicap accessible venue. Accessible seating is available at the top of the hill on a paved area with a railing as well as in the reserved seating pavilion area. The handicap restroom is also available near the main gate. View Map

ID REQUIRED for all patrons who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages.

This is South Carolina state law.

Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Animals are not allowed in the venue with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.

ATMs are located just inside the gates at the top of the hill near the ticket office.

The CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park box office will be open on all show dates from 2 p.m. through the show for ticket purchases of all concerts that have been announced up to that day. Box office hours could change at any time. The box office is located at the entrance to the Amphitheatre at 861 S.E. Main St. in Simpsonville.

Cameras without a detachable lens and digital and disposable cameras are permitted at the Amphitheatre unless otherwise noted for a specific event.

In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately posted on our Facebook and Twitter / X pages. If an event is canceled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets via Ticketmaster.com or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original payment method to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date.

All bags brought into the CCNB Amphitheatre must be clear.

Children under 2 years old are allowed in with a paid adult ticket and can sit on a lap in the reserved seats or on the lawn. Every child 2 and up must have a ticket to enter the Amphitheatre. Check specific event pages and/or Ticketmaster.com for any noted changes to this policy.

Coolers & Picnic Baskets are not allowed inside the venue. No outside food & beverages are permitted.

The Drop-Off & Pick-Up Area is located inside Heritage Park near the main entrance. A parking staff member will direct you.

The use of electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated smoking areas in each plaza and the back of the lawn on the gravel walkway. Using electronic cigarettes is not allowed in the seating areas or on the lawn.

CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park is a member of the Ticketmaster ticketing network. Tickets for events at the Amphitheatre can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.

The First Aid Station is located at the top of the hill. If you need immediate assistance, please notify an usher, security or employee to call Emergency Medical Services personnel.

CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park staff members are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of Amphitheatre staff for your safety and the safety of others.

Food & Beverages are available throughout the venue. Outside food is not allowed.

Gates generally open 60-90 minutes before events begin. Please check your event’s day-of-show info for your concert’s specifics.

Representatives will be available at the Guest Services booths located at top of the hill near main entrance and stationed throughout the venue if you need assistance or have concerns during your visit.

Determined on a show-by-show basis. Please check the day-of-show info page prior to your event for the decision. If allowed for your event, lawn chairs and/or blankets are permitted for lawn ticket holders only. Chairs cannot be chaise-style and should be beach-style or standard folding chairs at no more than 9″ off the ground with no high backs.

Lawn Tickets are general admission for the lawn area, which is open-air and not covered. There are no seats provided in the lawn area.

All lost and found inquiries should be directed to Guest Services. After an event, guests may call 864.399.0900 to inquire about lost items. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to charity.

Please seek the assistance of venue personnel if your child is lost during an event. If you encounter a lost child, please take the child to Guest Services.

CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details.

Media access to the venue is accessible through the employee entrance. All media personnel should arrange ahead of time through our Marketing department for access and should have appropriate credentials. For more information, please email us at info@trzlive.com or use our contact form.

Paperless Ticketing (now known as Credit Card Entry) is an alternative delivery method to Mail, UPS, Will Call or In Store Pick Up. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport). If you buy a ticket for someone else, you will need to be present at the gate to let them in with your credit card that you used to purchase the tickets.

Parking is available on site and typically open 2 hours prior to events.

Public Transportation does not service the venue.

For the safety of our patrons, there is a “No Re-entry Policy” during events. Guests who have a personal emergency and need to leave and re-enter should contact a Guest Services representative for assistance.

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. All shows are rain or shine.

An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park Box Office, Ticketmaster.com or their authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe, please only order your tickets from the CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park Box Office or Ticketmaster. Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Amphitheatre property and is subject to confiscation and arrest. Ticketmaster is the sole ticket outlet for CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park. TRZ Management, CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, and Live Nation are not responsible for any tickets sold by a third party.

Restrooms are located stage left, and there are portable restrooms at the top of the lawn.

All persons entering the venue are subject to a search for the safety of all guests.

The venue capacity is 14,000.

Seating configurations vary with show. Please check the show event page for show specific set up.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas in each plaza and the back of the lawn on the gravel walkway. Smoking is not allowed in the seating areas or on the lawn. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.

Strollers may need to be checked and held at a Guest Services booth during an event unless they can be stored under a seat or in a location that does not block the aisles, stairs, or other common areas.

Tailgating is generally permitted. However, open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the parking lots. Due to risk of fire, open flame fires and charcoal grills are also prohibited. Small gas-controlled grills are allowed.

Taxi Service pick up and drop off is available at the main entrance or you may visit Guest Services for assistance.

We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster.com or directly from our venue to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void, or invalid tickets. The CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park Box Office is open on the day of a show only. Ticketmaster.com is the sole ticket outlet for CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park. TRZ Management, CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, and Live Nation are not responsible for any tickets sold by a third party.

Umbrellas are not allowed in the venue. You may bring a rain coat or poncho, but umbrellas are not permitted.

All events are rain or shine. Check the website or social media on the day of the event for severe weather conditions that may change show time. In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g. thunder, lightning) before gates open, fans should follow directions from the event staff. If you are instructed to go to your vehicles, please go there and remain until the storm passes and event staff gives the all clear to come back to the gates. If severe weather occurs after a show has started, announcements will be made from the stage concerning the status of the event. Again, please follow the directions of all event staff.

Ticketmaster Will Call Tickets will be available 2 hours prior to show time on event days, generally at the Main Box Office. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to order the tickets, and your order number.
